The location is close to Bùi Viện, Đề Thám, Bến Thành Market, Nguyễn Huệ Walking Street, and many central attractions. The building stays slightly separated from the busiest nightlife streets, which helps guests enjoy a more peaceful stay.
Best Way To Arrive
The easiest way to arrive is by Grab, taxi, or private airport transfer. Please use the full address and check the building entrance photo before arrival.
- Use “100 Cô Giang” as the main address.
- Check the building sign when you arrive.
- Contact the host if your driver stops at the wrong entrance.
- Airport transfer can be arranged before arrival.
Guide to Check-In with Compass Stay
OPTION 1: ASSISTED CHECK-IN WITH RECEPTION (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
If you arrive during the day between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, our team will be there to welcome you in person.
- Step 1: Arrive at the main lobby of Soho Residence (100 Co Giang).
- Step 2: Meet our receptionist at the counter. Show them your Booking ID or Passport.
- Step 3: Our staff will hand over your keycard, help you with your luggage, and personally escort you up to your apartment.
OPTION 2: SELF CHECK-IN GUIDE (AFTER 7:00 PM or ANYTIME)
If you arrive after 7:00 PM (when the reception counter is closed) or simply prefer a contactless check-in, please follow these 3 simple steps:

STEP-BY-STEP SELF CHECK-IN
- STEP 1: GET YOUR KEYCARD: Go to the designated key-box location at mailbox area (your mailbox number 08.04) and open it and take your room keycard.
- STEP 2: ELEVATOR ACCESS: Walk to the elevator bank, tap your keycard onto the elevator sensor, and select Floor.
- STEP 3: ENTER YOUR ROOM: Find your Room Number. Touch the screen of the door lock to wake it up, input the passcode, then press [*] or [#] to unlock.
How To Use Appliances
This section explains how to use the main appliances in the room. Please turn off electrical appliances when you leave the apartment.
Air Conditioner
- Total 3-AC on apartment 08.04
- Use the remote control to turn the air conditioner on or off
- Recommended temperature: 24–26°C.
- Please turn off the air conditioner when you leave the room.
Wi-Fi

Washing Machine
- Place your clothes inside the washing machine, add detergent, select the washing mode, and press Start.
- Use the drying rack after washing.
Hot Water
- The hot water switch is located near the bathroom door; turn it on until the “Red” button appears.
- Hot water may take a few minutes to become stable.
- Please contact the host if the water does not heat properly.
Smart Lock Or Key Access
- Use the access details sent before arrival.
- Please lock the door whenever you leave the apartment.
MANDATORY HOUSE RULES & LOCAL LEGISLATIONS
To maintain the building’s safety, security, and local police compliance, please strictly observe the following regulations (penalties are enforced by Building Management & Local Authorities):
- Unregistered Overnight Guests: According to local law, all overnight visitors must be registered with their valid Passport/ID at the front desk before 10:00 PM. Unregistered overnight guests will result in a strict government-compliance fine of 7,000,000 VND per person.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: The possession, use, or storage of illegal drugs, narcotics, and military weapons is strictly forbidden. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of 10,000,000 VND, instant eviction without refund, and a direct report to the local police. - Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to smoke only on the open balcony (please close the glass door behind you). A cleaning & deep-deodorizing fee of 1,000,000 VND per violation will be charged for smoking indoors.
- Garbage Disposal: Please pack your trash securely and dispose of it at the designated garbage room located near the elevator hall on your floor. Littering in public areas or incorrect disposal will incur a fine of 2,000,000 VND per occurrence.
- Quiet Hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM): Please keep your television/music volume moderate and avoid loud noises. If we receive more than 2 complaints from neighbors or the Building Management, a penalty of 1,000,000 VND will apply.

CHECK-OUT TIME
- Time: Tomorrow before 12:00 PM (Noon).
- If you require a late check-out, please inform us tonight so we can check availability (subject to an extra charge and room availability).
SIMPLE SELF CHECK-OUT PROCESS (3 Steps)
You do not need to wait for anyone or line up at the desk. Just follow these simple steps:
- Leave the Keycard: Please place your room keycard neatly on the room desk/table.
- Snap a Photo: Take a quick photo of the keycard on the table and send it to us via this chat.
- Close & Go: Turn off the lights and air conditioner, close the room door firmly behind you, and take the elevator straight down to Floor G (Ground Floor). Note: You do not need the keycard to go down or exit the building.
Friendly Reminder: Please double-check the wardrobe, drawers, and bathroom to ensure you haven’t forgotten any personal belongings, especially passports and phone chargers!
